Please follow the below steps to clear your Edge Cache and Cookies
1. Open your Microsoft Edge browser to your home page
2. Select the 3 horizontal dots on the top right of your browser to access the settings bar. Select the settings option.
3. Once on the setting page, select the privacy, search, and service tab on the left. Please then select 'choose what data' under the clear browser data section of the page.
4. This will prompt a pop-up requesting how far back you would like the data to be cleared from as well as the data you would like cleared. Please choose your preferred time range and ensure browsing history, download history, Cookies and other site data as well as Cached images and files are selected.
5. Please select clear now. Once cleared, please close and reopen your browser.
